Academic Review Data
Data required for the Academic Review process can be obtained through the Analytic Studies and Institutional Research (ASIR) website (https://asir.sdsu.edu). Direct links to specific reports can be found below. Required Data
All Academic Review self-study reports should contain the following data, covering five years (or since last Academic Review). These reports have multiple programs to select, along with the time period.
- Full-Time Equivalent Student (FTES) by Department
- Number of Majors (also displays gender)
- Major Enrollment by Ethnicity
- Faculty Counts by Ethnicity and Gender
- Graduation Rates
Additional Data
Some programs or departments may want to include additional data in their self-study report. Commonly requested data includes:
